Dr. Rizzo graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. She completed a small animal rotating internship in internal medicine and surgery at Garden State Veterinary Specialists in Tinton Falls, NJ. She then completed a residency in small animal medical oncology at Cornell University. Dr. Rizzo is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in Oncology. She now owns two practices. The first is Hope Veterinary Oncology Services - a unique mobile oncology practice that helps to reduce stress and anxiety in patients by bringing veterinary cancer care closer to home. Her second practice is Hope Veterinary Specialty Services, a TeleMedicine practice that offers veterinary specialty care access directly to general practice veterinarians everywhere and anywhere. She and the Hope team are looking forward to being able to help pets nationwide via their vet-to-vet remote consultation services.
